1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using StartupFC.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules that may be posted on the website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use StartupFC.org.

3. Membership and Participation: 3.1. Membership is free but subject to approval. StartupFC.org reserves the right to accept or reject membership applications at its discretion.

3.2. As a member, you agree to actively participate in the community by sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights, and by providing mentorship and support to fellow startup founders.

4. Code of Conduct: 4.1. You agree to adhere to the Club’s code of conduct, which includes treating all members with respect, refraining from discriminatory or offensive language, and maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

4.2. Harassment, bullying, or any form of disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your membership.

5. Content and Contributions: 5.1. Members are encouraged to share relevant and valuable content, insights, and experiences for the benefit of the community. However, you are solely responsible for the content you post or share on StartupFC.org.

5.2. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it on the platform, you grant Startup Founders’ Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Club.

6. Privacy and Data: 6.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Termination: 7.1. Startup Founders’ Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these Terms, engage in inappropriate conduct, or fail to contribute positively to the community.

7.2. You may also terminate your membership at any time by contacting StartupFC.org administrators.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty: 8.1. Startup Founders’ Club provides its services “as is” and without any warranty or representation, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content shared within the community.

9. Limitation of Liability: 9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Startup Founders’ Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

10. Modifications to Terms: 10.1. Startup Founders’ Club reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of StartupFC.org after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
